I am giving this location 5 stars not for my purchase process but for my return. I purchased a lite laptop for less than $200 thinking I could use it for school. Turns out it couldn't keep up with the demand for my programs required for school. I thought I was going to be charge a restocking fee. Nope and then I worried I would have a hardened bust buy employee take care of the return, but Keegan was not only polite and respectful with me but with every customer before me. He was able to make this an easy transaction. I let him know about his great attitude and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves by his leadership team.

I had a wonderful experience. the young man that helped me led me to a better product than even I was looking for, he also sold me all of the upgrades that I needed while saving me some money. great experience! I will always return to Best Buy in lakeland.

It has been years since I shopped at one so insure if my experience is the norm now. Seeking a stereo system for one of our vehicles on a while we stopped at this store. We went straight to the auto stereo section where there were multiple to choose from. After about twenty minutes we decided on one that fit our budget with the bells and whistles sought. We located someone that worked there and pointed to the one we wanted thinking they would go in the back grab one and hand it to us. Wrong we were told the had to order it and it would take a few days for it to arrive. Basically the store is nothing but a virtual catalog the only difference from what I can tell is you can try the product there before you buy vs a paper catalog where you order from the comforts of your home. We left went home and ordered ourselves from the comforts of our home cutting out the middleman and sàving us money. I don't see what the attraction is there, when they first opened the minute you walked in the door a sales person jumped you and followed you around the store answering questions, offering suggestions, and showing different product. Back then was when stores appreciated that you wanted to spend your money with them vs the competitor. When was the last time an Airlines handed you for free a deck of cards? It's like buy it or don't. Stick with a mom and pop where your hard earned money is appreciated.

I guess when we arrived, closing time was near because when I asked a female employee passing by about motion lights, she continue to walk and suggested that I ask the employee I was speaking with earlier because she doesn’t know a lot about cameras. When it came time to checkout, Logan was very courteous and even helped me set up an account. Later, Keegan was just as helpful when I decided to order an item for home delivery that that out of stock. Large location, plenty of free parking, no lines no waiting.

Depending on the screw size and how many you need, you might be able to use one from another part on the PC.
Check their website for latest information about recycling products
They have a variety of quality HDMI cables . It will depend on the length and Quality. You should be able to get a Best Buy branded HDMI cable for 15-20$
Yes
If you buy it online you can pick up in store or have it delivered
Call the store.
Very good for staff. All employees wear masks and stay behind plastic partitions at registers. The problem only is other customers who, like most of the state of Florida people, are brainwashed repubs who spend most of their time glued to FAUX News and going to church to worship their God tRump.
Geek squad can and will do anything associated with home entertainment. Including getting on your roof.
Do not know, was not looking for that. Order on line and pick it up at the store or have them send it to you.
Not right now but they'll probably be some in a couple weeks or sooner or later
No, I don't but I'm sure the geek squad can.
Yes, they do
Yes
I do the same if possible.
They do ,Then they don’t I ordered a Sony 900h 65 inch tv . They promised me Friday from 12-8 pm So I rescheduled my dialysis appointment . They no called no showed So I had my mom go in there the next day. Then was scheduled for the feb 6th 12 till 8 pm when they bumped us off their schedule without informing us they gave us a hundred dollar credit and now it’s taking them two weeks to deliver a tv that’s only 1 mile away from their store! But that’s in @lakelandFl Best Buy maybe it’s different somewhere else. But I would never pay for A install ever again . @geeksquad
Call first
Start with learning English. Whatever else is going on in your life learn English first. Get your priorities straight
I'm so sorry I can't at this moment think of the name of the place however I did get the information off of the post of Facebook information site were you inquire about local businesses. I I know that on Hillsborough Avenue there is a place but I don't remember the name of the business.
Call the store
Call before you go @djant863
You can go on to BestBuy.com website and input your model number. It will give you a quote.
Great question. Check with an associate at the store.
They have bins at the front door for battery and ink cartridge.
Why people always feel that everything is because we are latinos or black? Let me said something feel free feel you are a person with the same rise like others enjoy your trip... If you feel uncomfortable feel free and go to the manager. But don't let nobody stole your peace even you!!! Don't forget we have the same right and in a free country!!! Big hug
Call them they will help you get back on track. Call before you go. There might be a computer shop near Avon try and googleit. They might be morw personable and cheaper. Good luck
I gave no clue, maybe on their website.
Yes
No, they do have a trade in policy for used electronics though.
No, They will recycle them for you
Might depend on how old your tv is. Tube tv? Flat screen? 8 yrs, 5 yrs, 2 yrs?
Yes some Geek Squad personnel do travel to locations for "house call" services.
Best Buy can take your old TV. There are, however, fees associated with recycling old TVs and you would have to bring it in to any Best Buy
Probably not.
Is it really the best? How do know your the best buy?? That's a level of confidence that is rarely seen. Now if you cut me a huge discount on a new dji drone you will be the best
It depends on what you're getting, and how soon you want it. Most items are available for free 2 day shipping if you spend more than $35 when you order the item. It's also free if you do in store pickup. For some items that get standard shipping, or if you want next day shipping, that's when you'll see costs for shipping.
Just a double din touch screen sterio.. Already got speakers
As a Best Buy employee I can say that most locations do recycle old computers, monitors, TV's, and most technology items. There however can be a fee for certain things, such as TV's. Always call or visit your local store to find out specifics for that location.
The simple answer is yes, but as always in retail, things can change or sell out. Always check a retailers website and/or visit your local store for current information.
Yes they do. But there are also a lot of people out there that can unlock them for you.
They sure do and they always got good pricees on a lot of nice things . I LOVE BEST BUY
This is not Best Buy you are asking the Google community.
