Gd luck. I tried and never got one. It's like no one wants to work anymore. Since covid came along this world isn't the same.
I actually got it all worked out!
Call the MAIN COMPANY PHONE NUMBER - THEN DEMAND A MANAGER - NOT the person who answered your call -they don't care. When you get the SUPERVISOR/MANAGER OF THE Call Center - HAVE THEM IMMEDIATELY CALL YOUR STORE - they have a special number you don't have - then BLISTER THE STORE MANAGER WITH YOUR PROBLEM - WITH THE PHONE CENTER MANAGER LISTENING IN. I've done this several times with success.
It takes a miracle to get a manager on the phone. Good luck. 👍🏻
Good luck finding any Walmart stores employee that speaks good English. The majority of employees of Walmarts in Lakeland speak heavily accented Spanish and aren't very polite. Ask a question and they act like they either can't hear you, are bothered by your question or have no idea where anything is. I used to be able to see store managers walking the floors in every section of Walmart. Now it's a hunt to find any employees sometimes, even during the day, except for up by the cashiers & self checkouts. But they won't help with questions on the floor. They are willing to call for a manager to help, but I've had to wait 5-10 minutes before actually seeing a manager. And they seem frustrated and overwhelmed as well..
In my experience, contact the help team through the app. I have had great results with them. As far as the store manager I would not even consider them to resolve a problem
Yes but no
You should most definitely be able to speak with a manger over the phone.
