Why do the cleaning staff go through your garbage and lie by saying you were smoking in the bathroom nobody smoked in that room best Western more than likely lost out on at least two months of rent on four rooms because arcola Illinois Charged 200$$$

If it was me, I push back very hard. Contact BW corporate and make sure they know what happened.

Usually, if there are signs of smoking, they will make the charge. I usually charge if there are ashes and it smells like cigarettes. That's how we do it, but I can't speak for Arcola.
