Room from Hell... Since I used my points to pay for my room they gave me a "special room". No hot water when I arrived, and heater which keeps the room at a sweltering 85 degrees regardless of where you set the thermostat. Since I didnt pay for my room they didnt care if I got mad and left. Holiday Inn points are a joke.

Having a bar open late is a nice touch, and the food was excellent, but I'm always a little annoyed at a hotel if I have to pay for breakfast. Your comparable is Embassy Suites; fortunately, you don't have them as competition.

Very nice hotel with comfortable beds and pillows. Clean but small bathrooms. Water was hot but weak. Restaurant offers dinner and breakfast. Pool was a bit cold and whirlpool had mold smell in water. Jets were very loud.

Overall a great experience. The fact the no-one except staff were wearing mask was a bit concerning. The room was very clean and comfortable, however the door stop behind the room door was falling off the wall. This was a business trip, so my choice was limited, but I have recommended that other stay here instead of a 2 hour commute for business. Close to several places to eat and convenient location.
