The general manager was rude yelled at my husband and I because we had no cold water in our room so we either had to scold in the shower or not shower she told us since I was working there she didn't care we would just have to deal with it because she was not giving us a new room. She threatened my husband and continued to chase us around the building to yell at us. When I was in the office talking to my husband she came in yelling at us for no reason She then fired me "because I didn't finish cleaning my rooms" there was no clean towels or bedding and when I told her that she said it's ok we just wouldn't use them well the next morning she fired me and kicked me out even though I had witnesses verify my story. She's rude and shouldn't be in management she should really see someone about her anger issues it's disturbing. I asked her how I could get ahold of her boss because this is unacceptable and she refused to tell me I give it zero stars please don't work or stay there

There was dirt under the mattresses. The door locks worked intermittently. The pool is filled with dirt - don't let the picture fool you. "Hot water" for breakfast is barely warm and you get a giggle when you mention it to staff. The television was not working and we weren't told until after we paid.

Thought it was a bit odd that when I checked out no one was around. Was a little basket that said put key in, have a nice day. There were a couple of issues I wanted to mention. Room really needed a good cleaning. Lots of dust and dirt. On the good side the bed was one of the best I've slept on.

I booked three nights at this luxurious hotel, I’m on my first night, ( I know it seems it’s to early on a review ) but I’d personally have to recommend it. I checked in quick, so far the faculty are accommodating and friendly, I had a few problems with my key card, but the employees were happy to help me access my room. The room is clean, smells delightful, fridge works, microwave works, television works, remotes fine, Id have to admit I was iffy on the stay due to the negative reviews. We as people tend to look at the negative, we jump to nitpick or complain about all the things that are wrong, but seldomly do we appreciate and thank the things that goes right. If your so busy focusing on the negative you are blind to the positive. I give this hotel 5 stars cause it’s a nice hotel especially for the price, Nd in my opinion nothing has gone as terribly wrong as people have made them out to be, I mean I have two beds, a flat screen TV, a chair and desk, microwave and fridge and a bathroom, contemporary soap, it’s clean and the staff seems to be compassionate, there’s some people out there that dream just for that. If your looking for a room with a chandelier, pitch perfect no complaints, then look in New York or LA, but I promised you even the finest hotels won’t satisfy you if you arnt satisfied with this one
