Honestly the park is set around a lot of educational presentations about the sea life there. They rescue hundreds if not thousands of marine animals yearly. I thought when we went I'd be disappointed considering I'm an animal enthusiast but i wasn't. The orcas don't look to be mistreated. I understand that it's not their natural habitat but they don't seem unhappy. The oldest and matriarch there is 44 yrs old. I remember being 10 and being like "why". But they all seem happy and well maintained. Well fed and properly cared for. More than half of what people put into purchases goes to fund the wildlife and it's research. Keeps them fed, gives them treatments they would dye without in the wild for whatever reason. Most of the animals cycle out of the park back to the wild once rehabbed. The park has a lot to offer and it all goes to the cause. We had questioned all this as well. Another thing Tilly or Tilikam passed away a few yrs ago now.
Our family supports the good they do. Everybody has their own opinions. You never know if they lived in their natural habitat they could have lost a fight with another animal or mother nature. What if their wasn't a SeaWorld then they wouldn't have never even existed. Truth is it's amazing what kids learn from there and the memories they create are priceless.
Yes, I still enjoy going. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, please respect mine as I respect yours. Thanks 😊
If you don't want to go, or support the rehabilitation and rescue work that no on EVER talks about, then no one is forcing you.
I didnt know that and it mighty odd as to how you hide your name so that we know who you are speaking rudely about this place. Do you have proven facts to what you are speaking on? If so prove it and maybe we can better answer your questions until then i will continue to take myself an my family back there again
Absolutely
Just dont go. No one cares if you go or not. Rather if you dont.
Yes
Yes still enjoyed it!
Yes I still like SeaWorld but do not think the animals should be part of any shows and have a larger enclosure where they can freely eat when hungry
