Why did my $5 hot chocolate cup go missing when I laid it down while I was using the restroom? Horrible customer service, my mother Karen wants to speak with the person in charge.

The park is kept nice and clean... Maybe "Karen" should have held onto the cup for you. I know she was probably too busy watching some other family's kids to mind her own.

I'm hoping this is a joke? "Mother Karen". If not, that's just SeaWorld keeping the park free of trash. Next time I suggest either leaving it with Mother Karen, finishing it prior to using the restroom, or wrapping it up in napkins and taking it with you. SeaWorld hot cocoa is precious.
