Honestly they treat most of them with care and love. The only problem is that the pools themselves for the whales are too small. Which is why they stopped breeding them and stopped adding more from the ocean. The current generation is the last one. They can't just release them back either, since they aren't trained for open waters and would likely die very quickly in the wild. Seaworld is probably one of the best ocean conservation groups out there. They are shifting their focus from live animals and shows to rollercoasters and rides. They still educate people, especially young kids, about the importance of the ocean and the wildlife within it.
