You should make the trip into the store. I don't recall any store that could get you a receipt via a phone call??

If you need the physical receipt then you have to go to customer service but they can look it up even two years later if you needed to return something

If have the Sam's Club app or an account online, you can log in and see your receipts.

Was this an online purchase or done at the local Sam's? The only club that can print receipt is the one where you purchased items.
