Coby came out to my rental property when my tenants reported some flying carpenter ants (thought they were termites) in the house. He was on time, called my tenants before coming over, took care of the issue and inspected the house for other pest control issues. He called me to let me know that everything was taken care of. Also I started a quarterly treatment program with him to keep the house pest free. Overall I'd highly recommend them when you need the problem solved and done right. I also online payment option, super convenient!

Very little, as long as we can treat one side of the wall and under the windows. You shouldn’t need to prepare anything. But when we come out to do our inspection, we’ll let you know.
Two of the products are transfer products and work similarly to bait, but whether the termites touch it or eat it, they take it back to the nest. The 3rd product penetrates into the wood and lasts for over 30 years.
No, the materials we use are the same as the products people have used for years (an example of this is Frontline, Advantage, and 20 mule team borax ), Products for fleas and ticks, and a laundry booster.
