Why do you have such long lines and so many lanes not open? I will only come when I can't get what I want some where else.

Every time I go in I wonder why so many registers? Scan and go is handy when a few items but when I spend close to $200 I’m NOT making it a job to do on my day off. Call me lazy I don’t care. I WORK at least 40 hours weekly and people need jobs. What does Walmart save by using customer labor and majority of registers Closed?

I avoid Walmart for the same reason generally IF I go I go after 9:00 at night. One time in the afternoon the line was almost to the milk case in back....
