There is nothing you can find negative about this facility. Great food, friendly staff, helpful services, free transportation to local places, fitness center, golf membership walking paths, heated pool, on site chapel just to name a few. The people and staff there are extremely helpful in every detail.

Waterman Village has been an outstanding healthcare experience for our family. My Dad fell and broke his hip and the love & care by the staff, the meals provided, and medical care has been excellent. We like the care so well, that at the age of 96, my Dad will be moving into the beautiful Bridgewater assisted living at the Waterman Village. He deserves the best. This is my brother Dale, with our Dad Dale!

Manor Home monthly service fees begin at $2,272 for a single resident under the life-lease/entry fee plan, $2,772 for a couple. Entry fees begin at $195,000 and have high refundable provisions, FOR LIFE! Custom and Estate Home monthly service fees begin at $2,600 a month for single occupancy under the life-lease/entry fee plan, $3,100 for a couple. Yes, long term rentals are common. My parents have lived there for about 7 years. Very dog friendly, small or large. During visits we would see several dogs being walked every day.
