Hands down the Best equipment and staff i'v ever done business with! They have my business for life! The owner Kent and his staff treat you like family! Update: Waited a couple months to make this update. Went in to order a rental that I rent just about monthly from kwi and they denied me saying my truck was lowered in the back and they won't allow me to tow any of their trailers. I've been using kwi for six or seven years now. Been very loyal to them and them only. I was forced to go to one of the big box store rentals. They rented me the same piece of equipment with zero hassle and it was slightly cheaper. Sad to say but I have found a new rental company. They may not treat me like family but at least they don't make up ridiculous false accusations that I lowered my truck in the rear.

We have rented twice from this place in the last month. The first time was a trencher which was in good shape and came with a trailer. The last time was a single auger. Called ahead for pricing and availability but found out after going to pick it up the price almost doubled when adds on. Who rents an auger without the bit? No one. Then charge extra for it. A $55 rental ended up costing $92 with add ons. Every rental is with a credit card so they can charge more.

I recently rented their 37 hp diesel stump grinder,and it ran great and made quick work out of a 10 ft diameter stump. I picked it up on a Saturday late afternoon and returned it on Monday morning when they opened and I believe it cost me about $350.00. Well worth the money compared to buying a grinder of my own for 25-30k or paying a company to do the work for me.
