Don't go to the Mt Dora branch if you want served in a timely manner. Went the through drive thru and items were missing and items ordered left off bill. Went inside to get remaining items and get items left off the order. We order the missing items and paid for them. After 30 minutes of waiting, I had to ask for a refund. I kept asking how much longer because my son was returning from a ball game and was waiting at the gym. I was told several times it would be 5 more minutes. As a result my son waited in a dark parking lot by himself while we waited for 6 soft tacos. If you are expecting a business to be responsible and reputable, don't go here.

I dont know how to do this without leaving 2 reviews. Breakfast through lunch m-f this location is fantastic, 5 star location. One of the best Taco Bells I have been to. Anytime outside of that window, it is the worst. The employees are just plain rude. I have had my order come out with missing things, I have been handed someone else's order, no sauce, no napkins. Pretty much anything they can do wrong has happened. Whoever the manager is m-f breakfast-lunch, please train the rest of the employees.

We ran through Taco Bell tonight with a very large order, they screwed up one box but the manager was on top of it! She immediately made them correct it without us saying a word. We were extremely happy with the customer service there tonight! We have had issues there in the past and it looks like they have corrected them because this manager was running a tight ship!

Asked for 5 more packets of sauce, dude getting pressed like it’s coming out his salary. This is fr one of the worst taco bells I’ve been to. If you see a dude with curly hair, rotten teeth and a lazy eye, just leave. It’ll save you time and energy
