Just not a great example of a modern outlet. Grounds are grungy, the access can be crowded. They are frequently out of one of the flavors. They don't deal well with the DQ app. BUT when you are patient, the DQ signature ice cream items are wonderful.

If the lobby is not open LOCK THE DOOR. And then with the short survey at the bottom don’t rip off the portion so I can’t let your corp office know how your service is. Customer Service was snarky about the order. Asked for a dip cone in a cup. I’m in a drive thru, because your ‘ Lobby is closed’ , with people inside picking up food from the counter ¿ This is my opinion of today’s service. Photo provided for services.

Had about 6 to 7 ppl just standing around talking and one register open...price was not what was posted on web site menu then they charged extra for a choice that was supposed to come with the meal...brought out food...by 4 different ppl at 4 different times and still had to wait for the item that was supposed to come with the meal...what was supposed to be a cheeseburger tasted like a ketchup burger bun...nasty...fries were ok...little on the toasted side...not going back...get it together bc you will lose customers...they need a Manager!!!! Owner needs to go in undercover or send someone in to take note of what they need to change....

The blizzards are always good. Had a burger that was good, so were the fries. Very little waiting time. Prices are low. The store is clean. Staff is friendly. It's a place worth stopping in.
