I would like to know how mtr takes a 2013 dodge charger that was seized by the city for dui and holds it for bid approval ? How does that work? Ive been to 1000 s of auto auctions , dealer and public and have never seen something like this before.

MTR has no control over DUI seizure sales. DUI vehicle sales are controlled by the State of Alaska. When the State puts them on bid approval it usually means that the State is cooperating with the lien holder trying to recoup some of the money that is owed on the vehicle.

GET OF THE ROAD IF YOU'RE NOT SOBER. I drive my children on these rd. Besides if you got a dui, then you don't have a licence anyway

Which lien holders does the state cooperate with cause I didn't know the state of Alaska was in the business of helping lien holders recoup losses,and why does this not apply at any other auction but mtr?
