It was nice the workers were very helpful and informative of how the auction went an explained everything clearly, it's too bad I did not have the money I needed for the vehicle or vehicles I wanted to bid on yet it is okay 😢 😞 😕 😔 👍🏻 😀, service was great

Been dealing with these folks a long time and have nothing but good to say about them, they have rules and guidelines just like any business has to have because of peoples BS now a days but their down to earth and fair. If your straight up and honest with em they show that respect back. Good Folks, been in the valley a long time.

Fast, easy, and the driver was super nice! They towed my car from Palmer (Butte) to Eagle River and made me feel comfortable with the whole process of making it happen. Highly recommend!!!!! If I could give them 10 stars, you could bet your arse I would!!! Thanks guys. You really helped us out! -Angeli

If you have something that needs towed or moved, definitely reach out to Matanuska Towing and Recovery. We were able to call and have our classic car moved the same day. Within the hour, they showed up and were the most professional towing company we have ever used. The pricing is amazing and the expertise is unmatched. We will definitely be using them for any needs we may have in the future.

Any tow company can impound a vehicle from private property when authorized in writing by the owner or agent in control of the property in accordance with section (b) Alaska Statute 28.11.030 (b) Removal of an abandoned vehicle from private property shall be upon the written request of the owner or person in lawful possession or control of the property, and on a form prescribed by the department.
Sorry but we do not move sheds.
Are you any more trustworthy?
Not exactly sure what you are asking.
And a lot of times they have to have keys made for them. So if nothing else they can be moved without having to "tow" them around their lot.
MTR has no control over DUI seizure sales. DUI vehicle sales are controlled by the State of Alaska. When the State puts them on bid approval it usually means that the State is cooperating with the lien holder trying to recoup some of the money that is owed on the vehicle.
The full answer to this is yes and no. It depends on what you are paying for. We accept Mastercard and Visa for towing, jump starts, tire changes, etc. You can also pay for vehicles bought at auction with one of these credit cards. Payment for release of vehicles from impound is cash only.
