My fiancee is allergic to seafood and we have never been to a hibachi, would it be safe to eat here with a seafood allergy?

They cook seafood on the grill so i would not know exactly. I can not have ginger and they will cook it separate im not allergic to the ginger but cant have it i would call and ask. I hope this helped
