Great Place, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Only reason for 4 starts is 4 month wait. Long time out on units.

I own a range runner since 2018 and me and my family are super happy. Costumer service is great. Everybody in that company are very friendly and helpful. Affordable prices for everything

I had heard about these campers online and had to see for myself. I hope to put an order in for one in the near future. Had a wonderful conversation with their excellent salesman, Daniel. Thanks Daniel! 😊

Bought a 2020 model 2 months ago with the new fiberglass composite and am quite disappointed with the overall fit and finish that was allowed to leave the factory. See attached pictures. Front shelf fell down on ride home from picking it up since they used improper screws, Light comes in around the doors, Rear door mismanufactured and was known by Runaway but was still used and sent to customer, Window not installed properly, Roof sagging 1/2", this is common on the new 2020 campers, Runaway calls it a "swale" and says it normal, my opinion is it's not supported enough, why would you purposely not build something straight, plus the sags not consistent in the different panels. Now I'm struggling with the owner to get it fixed. They are willing to pay $35 hr labor for someone to take responsibility to correct Runaways errors, I got him a quote for $125 hr which is the going rate at trailer places up here. This is all stuff that should have been caught in production or the QC dept and should not be up to me to bargain shop. If you do decide to purchase one, go thru it thoroughly at pick up and before handing over your money. Also if you don't live near Runaway to have the warranty stuff repaired, I'm sure you'll have the same problem I am. I will update this review if Steve the owner steps up to the plate and takes care of the issues on my camper that I shouldn't be struggling with.

42 inches, I believe
I believe they do you have to call them and ask if they do
Yes. They are very good about accommodating customers needs.
Max tongue weight is 700 lbs. Gross weight is not to exceed 1585 lbs. At least that's what mine is. Hope this is helpful.
Yes they come with a Riva certificate and they put a decal on for you as well
Very basic no kitchen and no bathroom. Just a comfortable place to sleep. This camper is not for everyone. But if you stay in a State Park or any place that has showers and bathrooms you've got it made.
The owners of Runaway said they had "smart cars" pulling their campers. Personally I wouldn't pull a Range Runner with the Versa.
No.
