I am relocating there in a few weeks from another state; transferring with the same company that I am currently employed with. The reviews do not seem positive, so I am a bit worried; should I rent from there or not? Honest opinions only.

I lived there for a year and had an over all positive experience. The best thing about them is that they'll constantly update you with text messages about any sort of renovation or fixing going on around the apartments. If you can afford the rent it is quite a pleasant place.
