It's not safe to live in this complex! Only 3 months of living here. At the first month somebody put a threat on my door that I had to report to the police. Somebody drilled a hole in my car, don't ask me how. And I watched a woman trying to steal an amazon box of mine from my door! When I suddenly asked her what she was doing she said she would return the box in the morning. This place is unreliable and the manager's indifference is absurd Families with children need to be extra careful, and everyone who can should move out of here as soon as possible. I do not recommend anyone to live at Arium Lake View. Also if you need to report anything to the manager be ready for her to be absolutely unprofessional and rude.

I lived here for 10 months. When I moved in a neighbor in my building pulled out a gun on a child of my family. So it’s dangerous. When I moved in the unit was dirty as well as the air conditioning had to request the maintenance to replace it. It was so dirty and had so much hair. Hallways were always dirty. Crazy they charge nearly 1500 for a studio 1 bedroom apartment when they can’t even keep the complex looking nice. There is roaches in the trees and the leasing office management is completely unprofessional. 000.1/10 would NOT RECOMMEND.

DON"T BE FOOLED BY THE PRETTY PICTURES!!!! The staff has made my transition nothing but difficult, I have a $900 security deposit that I still have not received from Arium Lakeview. Horrible experience. I can not go on about how difficult it has been to work with the management here. I rent with Arium Lakeview from about 13 months. The rent originally was $950 and when the complex went under new management and it was time to renew our lease the base rent price increased to $1100. I opted to not renew the lease contract because I found another job across town and found a bigger space for reasonable price. WHAT A NIGHTMARE TO MOVE! I gave my notice to vacate 4 days before the due date in December, my lease ended in March. I came back two weeks later to inquire about my security deposit and NO ONE KNEW I WAS MOVING. I told them when I turned that notice in and who I turned it into and sure enough when the walk into her office it was sitting on her desk, she went on vacation and notified no one. Don't even bother calling on the phone, no one will answer. the system is either busy no one is ever available to take your call. I email the assistant property manager and she says she will get back to me and SIX DAYS LATER I HAVE TO EMAIL HER TO INQUIRE THE STATUS OF MY REFUND. I was originally told it takes 30-45 days after you move out to receive your security deposit refund. IT HAS NOW BEEN 54 DAYS SINCE I MOVED OUT OF ARIUM LAKEVIEW. The staff has made this transition nothing but difficult, I have a $900 security deposit that I still have not received from Arium Lakeview.

I just want to say and give 5 stars to Mel in the leasing office and to the Maintenance staff Carlos and Jean for their amazing response to my overwhelming experiences I was having in the apartment. They came together and made it happen and ensured everything worked that needed repaired before leaving. Very professional. Mel kept her word and made it happen!
