Had the unfortunate event of having to put my terminally ill cat over the rainbow bridge. After trying multiple places in a day to help comfort him, UrgentVet was the only one that was able to immediately help me. Was in a room within minutes of checking in without an appointment. The room used for this difficult time is not a typical vet exam room, but one that is warm and calming with couches. Quiet and peaceful comfort room. The vet tech, Maggie, was very kind and compassionate and made me feel at peace even though I was a wreck. The vet was also very understanding and compassionate. They gave me as much time as I needed to be with him and they were very respectful of this difficult day. Thank you.

We were able to get our cat in right away to have him checked out. The veterinary assistant and the doctor were great to work with, thoroughly reviewed the situation and did the necessary tests to determine the issue. We were in and out much faster than previous visits to other emergency vets. Reasonably priced, as well. If we need a urgent care for our cats in the future, we will definitely come back.

10/10. With an appointment, we were in and out in less than 2hrs. Last night we went to an emergency vet and we’re there for 4hrs without even being seen and we were barely acknowledged. This place greeted us right after checking in on the tablet and kept us updated on about how long we were going to wait for the next step. They also had a “comfort room” in the back which was very nice to see.

I HIGHLY recommend!!!! The Vet & Vet Assistant’s were extremely polite & professional, it was truly an amazing experience. And most importantly they were so kind and caring to my fur baby. My regular Vet did not have any appointments until next week so I was very grateful for this staff to immediately take my dog in and to give her the medicine that she needs to feel better. I will absolutely be coming here again & highly recommend to others :)
