This is the worst phone service ever. I have a situation dealing with for over a year. Each month you call they tell you it will be dealt with. But nothing is done. Every month I spent an hour on the phone with customer service representative and still nothing is done. I went in the office in January and the manager assisted me. I spent 1 hour and 15 minutes on the phone and nothing is still done. Jay took my trade I. Phone and still I am paying for the phone. They are just a thief. No resolution for over a year. This is the worst phone service I have ever gotten. I am sorry I moved to this network.

When I first walked in I was greeted by all the employees. I have been going through a hard time with my old phone. Daniel was so helpful. He help me pick out phones, and was definitely patience with me. This AT&T store customer service is phenomenal!

She thoroughly explained all of the changes that I requested and then informed me of additional services that would be beneficial to me. I was very pleased with the experience. Yes I've never had trouble with something being out of stock (besides maybe having to settle for a color)
No you do not you can pay online
We usually have enough stock of all the newest iPhone devices and make it easy for you to buy online and pick up in the store.
