Whats the proper etiquette on tipping during Lunch hours? I eat Sushi, Hibachi, and aswell the normal buffet. I tend to go there 2-3 days a week there. I eat more hibachi then anything, Like 2-3 big plates of hibachi.

Thase girls make less then $5.00 an hour, so I always leave 20%.

Since they are only removing dirty plates and refilling your drink, 12-15% should be good.
