Curtis came out to do a mold inspection. The test showed we do not have a current mold problem. It was water intrusion from the past. Curtis asked to come out again to inspect the area and ensure that we didn't have a current problem. He didn't even charge us for that visit. Thank you Curtis and Brittany and Pure maintenance. I highly recommend the service.

Zack did a wonderful job removing our mold problem and doing the fogging of our home. He was very friendly. Curtis was always on time, super friendly, and knowledgeable. Excellent service and communication, I communicated with Brittany a-lot throughout the process and she was great! She even recommended a contractor to come in to fix the drywall that had to be removed, very much appreciated. Curtis came out to check the issue and provide a quote, he was very professional! Tyler came out to do the mold remediation itself and he was excellent, I had not thought to move my plants from the window shelf across from the area that was being worked on and he kindly moved them all to ensure they were not harmed from the spray and humidifiers. He cleaned up perfectly and taped up the removed areas with plastic. 100% recommend this business!

If that room does exchange air with the rest of the home then yes, whole home treatment will likely be recommended. Most whole home treatments can be done in less than 8 hours. The dry-fog technology is effective and fast allowing you to return to your home on the same day of treatment.
