In Jan. 2022 my husband & I met with our new Dr. at Advent Med. Grp in Ocala, Fl. We both were over charged for our co-pays. In March we were billed again the over charge. When I contacted billing and we were told that we were given a refund and it would take 6- 8 weeks to get the refund. Here it is May 27th, after many calls to billing, talking to a different person each time and being told twice that the checks were canceled and reissued and that it will take another two weeks--- No Refunds and the same story every time we talk to someone. This is looking like fraud, a scam or whatever you want to call it. Where can I go to Really get this issue resolved? We have talked to Kathy, Giovanni, Chris, Linn l and Nick. I want to talk to someone who can really do something for us. The amount we are owed is not large for some people, but we are living on a fixed income and this would buy groceries or pay for medication.

Advent Health's policies on Covid prevented me from seeing my doctor of 20 years when I suffered long term effects of Covid. I was testing negative but had a cough 14 days after Covid. The staff would not let me in the building for evaluation by my doctor. They offered a virtual visit. As a nurse, there is no way to assess lungs on a virtual visit. I did not know that the doctor's office was for well people only.

As a consumer advocate, I am appalled that AdvetHealth can’t recognize a huge mistake in their billing confirmation by Medicare and United Health!

i never understand what my bill is for.. i mean this is the worst billing i have ever seen for a big corp... very confusing to say the least.. why can this not be fixed i di not understand....... who else has the same problem ???????? how can i complain to a person to the is problem.. i feel like taking my money to a better company.............shame shame and more shame

They are not available to all employees, and even then will get into serious trouble if they are looking into records outside the scope of their task.

I keep receiving an email saying that I owe a balance to Adventist Health. This is not even my insurance company and I cannot even contact them to respond. I am concerned that it may be affecting my credit.
