Was a little surprised the entire thing was a kiosk rather than a store but the lady there was very nice and just explained the photos were about 3 years old lol. Staff was super sweet and patient, as my siblings and I (4 people all together) each got a plushie.

I ordered online and have yet to get the plush my 8 year old is waiting for. She ordered it on the 24th of December it got here on the 5th, everything but the plush that is even the adoption certificate. I called after waiting 2 hours was told the plush was no longer available and to either pick another over the phone or get a refund. I’ve picked another one and it STILL hasn’t even shipped, PATHETIC , I can’t wait for this company to completely go under!

This is not even a store front/shop anymore. This is now in the middle of the walk way. If you ask me that's not what build a bear is about. It's about the child experience walking into the store and seeing all the bears and outfits and building their own bear. So disappointing 😞

The experience I had tonight with my 6 year old daughter was truly magical and special and the 2young ladies that helped us along the way were phenomenal!!!
