Horrible antiquated, extremely pushy and sketchy sales tactics. I chose to avoid continuing any conversation with the sales person, and escorted her out. I would rather not review the sales tactics of one induvial, but the aggressive negotiation shifted into an impression of clear abusive and manipulative tactics. From the beginning there was ultracrepidarious conversating. Toward the end she offered a big price, then "texted" her boss and tried to offer a lower price. A classic Shock and Awe. I refused to hear the "new" price, as I don't appreciate this tactic. The knowledge of the sales person ended with her water quality analytics training, and current system was mocked. She attempted to degrade the reputation and quality of other products, professionals and competition, and ended with "so your just going to go with an inferior product than." I feel really sorry for the people who fall into the trap. The Price for their Two 1.5 filters, the iron/sulfur filter and softener was $9,502. This came in 300% higher than our lowest quote. and $1900 higher than a new well pump, plumbing, pre filters and entire filtration system. They do have a really cool portable "centrifugal" analyzer, but results were different depending on what "cartridge" was loaded. Overall the "Free Water Analysis" sales experience get a zero, and I think if this way of doing business continues they'll end up in the realms of the door-door Vacuum companies. I was unable to review the products.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Literally the worst company I have ever worked with. Please, do yourself a favor and spend your money with another company as your life will be better. We are going on four months of no resolution on our system. We have called the 800 number, the Lauderdale office and ultimately Joe the Regional manager. The company has sent out at least six service advisors to flush the system, re-calibrate, or perform some other type of maintenance. The last advisor noted the system was ruined due to tannins being too high and this was the fault of the original sales person selling the wrong system. We were then told, no worries, the new correct system would be installed with an IRT in approximately one week. This was the first week of May 2022. Further, we had our water tested by an independent company that advised not to drink or cook with the water. This information was passed along to Leaf. Today, July 12, 2022, the day the new system was to finally be installed (after a no show the prior day without a phone call) a rep came out to shockingly…recalibrate the system. No new system installed even though we were told this was occurring today. This was after two months of the company telling us the system would be installed the following week. To top it off, the rep then advised they were going to install an “experimental” add-on to solve the problem but was unable to provide an install date. Regional manager Joe is also unable to provide a date. All we want is our system to work so we can drink the water in our home. If this cannot be done we want a refund to purchase a system that does work. I am leaving this review in an effort to obtain resolution as nothing else has worked.

Tyler was a the sales rep that contacted me after I showed interest in the product from Facebook. I already knew my water was horrible. I have had to replace most of the equipment in my house that uses the water because of how bad it was. The testing Tyler did confirmed that the water caused most of my equipment failures. The installation was quick. The installer, BJ, did a fantastic job of making it all look nice and that it all functioned as it should. He also took the time to walk me through the system and how it all worked. He was very knowledgeable about the product. The following day after my system was installed there was a night and day difference. I no longer have water scale build-up in my toilets or needing to be cleaned out of my faucets. I'd have to say the system is doing what I had hoped it would.

I’m satisfied with my system. It has taken care of my hard water issue. Not to single this company out, but they all start a sales pitch at a hyper inflated price. At the end of the day, I’m of the opinion that all these systems are pretty much on par with each other despite the overly dramatic sales pitch that’s given. My system has 2 filtration tanks. 1 for carbon, I containing media. The carbon will have to be replaced regularly despite companies claiming that it has a lifetime warranty (leaf water solutions did not make this claim) but it’s easy to replace the tank when the time comes because It’s in a self contained unit. I’ve only seen a degraded water flow once since installation and I really didn’t enjoy negotiating the price of $2.5k which started at a ridiculous $8k but they ended up being the cheapest and the install was the next day and it was quick and clean. I’d recommend I’f you can get it a similar price.
