I could not be happier with my experience! I came here in June looking for an engagement ring. I was trying to make this a surprise so I didn’t have much to go on. I was fortunate to meet Juliet. Juliet took the time to ask me questions to narrow down what my GF is like. I had an idea of what I thought she’d like and we went from there. Juliet helped me put together a fantastic ring, one that guaranteed a YES. I’m happy to say she did say yes and we’re getting married in November. We also just came back this past week to get our wedding bands. Again, Juliet made this an amazing experience for us. My future bride was so happy with the results that she literally danced with joy upon pickup. The team at this location is fantastic. I did interact with others in the store throughout the process and they ensured all of my needs were met. I again could not be happier with my experience. I will be back for any purchases or needs I know I will have in the future. Thank you for making this experience so easy and memorable for myself and my future bride.

I was the only black person in the store and the manager kept giving the lady who was helping me the eye to go and help the white couple that came after me. Black people have money too. Mine will be going to another company for sure. I'd recommend this place only if you're not a person of color.

Joanne was kind, courteous, and really went above and beyond to meet my needs and order what it needed for repairs. She genuinely cared about my ring and it’s integrity. Chris had the pleasure of working on my ring and I am 100% satisfied! There was damage I hadn’t even mentioned that he saw and went ahead and fixed without me having to ask.
