Had an issue with Colorado pickup. They had my truck for 3 days and did not diagnose the problem. Went somewhere else and they diagnosed it without looking at vehicle. Repaired in an afternoon. Not happy with maintenance or communication of business. Won't go back

I took my 1998 Corvette there to replace a bad ingition switch. KEN works on the Corvettes. He installed the new switch but BROKE the surrounding bezel. Tried to give it back to me that way. I called him on that. He then said that the Bezel part was no longer made. I told him HE broke it HE needs to find one. He called back and said he installed the new Bezel. When I picked it up, he left the ORIGINAL CHEVROLET PARTS BAG on the floor!!!! So, he was lying that it was no longer available. Additionally, my steering wheel and shifter and console were full of black grease, from his hands. DON"T LET KEN WORK ON YOUR CAR. Lastly, the shop is old and DIRTY, grease all over floor, walls, etc. They remodeled the showroom a few years back, but didn't even clean the shop.

I haven't used them for mechanic work, I go to Hanson automotive services on Worth in Englewood. Bill buck is great through for purchasing a vehicle.

I have dealt with them for years and they have been very knowledgeable and kind of low pressure for sales maybe the right word is patient which is kind of rare
