Took our 3 and 2 year olds to the water fountains and they loved them. A few other families were there and all went well. Everyone was super friendly and the kids had a blast. The parts of the park we did see were well kept, clean, and nice. Tables by the fountains had overhead shade and rest rooms (didn't use) were right there. Very happy we went!

My Dad served in the war in the Army and we got to go over when he came down to see us and see the wall with all the names listed. We must never forget the ones that gave their all so we can have the freedoms we enjoy today. May God bless those that sacrificed everything and their families and may God continue to bless the United States!

This is a lovely park. It has a water fountain area for kids to play in. It's perfect during the hot Florida weather. The water shoots up from the ground and sometimes to colored lights. Kids enjoy it a lot. There is also a gazebo. Sometimes people play music or perform there, other times you can see people relaxing. The park is located right along Venice Ave on the Venice island. There is a large free parking lot. Many shops and resturants line Venice Ave, as well as jewelry stores, I've cream places, souvenir shops, etc. Unfortunately many of the shops close early; around 4 or 5pm. The restaurants and ice creams stores do tend to stay open later though. In 2018- 2019 there was improvements done along Venice Ave. My pictures reflect what it currently looks like.
