That ADAM guy in service is a strong customer's advocate! He needs a raise! I built a mechanical claim for mutual customer with Adam . Although the outcome was not EXACTLY what we all had hoped for, the process quick, painless, and easy, Again thanks Adam, for being oh so polite and helpful. I'll start out by telling you I was so anxious when I called the office. My anxiety goes through the roof with car dealerships, and most know why. BUT let me tell YOU. AnneAlyce whose name I may be spelling wrong took my phone call. She was great, and was very patient with me. Like I said, I was anxious so I may have come off a bit stand offish, I've had terrible experiences at previous dealerships where I've purchased vehicles that I felt pressured into getting .. hence my trip to Sterling. She hooked me with ROB. Who was AMAZING. When I say this guy was seriously the best person I have bought a car from I 100% mean it. I've purchased quiet a few vehicles in my young life time .. and no one has ever made me feel as comfortable and as in great hands as Rob. The moment I walked in I was greeted by a gentleman who opened the door, and I asked for AnneAlyce (spelling?) who introduced me to Rob. We hopped right in the car and went for a test drive. The purchasing process went so smoothly. I honestly could not say a single bad thing about my experience today. I apologize if I was a little up tight with my first impression... I've always felt that I needed to be on guard and stick to my guns every dealership I went to. This dealership proved me absolutely wrong! If you're debating on purchasing here, just do it. Call in, talk to AnneAlyce, ask to get hooked up with Rob. You won't regret it. I know I didn't. They turned my day around completely. From overwhelmed and stressed to at ease, confident in my purchase, and happy as could be.

Rob met me in the parking lot and was terrific at showing me options available for my trade. I am a widow and pretty self reliant, Rob was open minded and did an excellent job of showing me several vehicles from which to choose. His best advice proved to the best choice for me, "Buy the car that makes you feel the best and which you will be the most happy driving." I am extremely happy with my Essence in the right color and trim line. Everyone at the dealership was kind and friendly. Service was quick and efficient. I am so happy to have found this great home town atmosphere at Starling GMC.
