Bought a 2020 CR-V new from Venice Honda. It was a very pleasant experience especially compared to other purchases from other dealers. ALL of my interactions with the dealership have been great. The service people are friendly and helpful. I have had NO mechanical issues with the car, just regular periodic maintenance and the updates for the navigation maps. I highly recommend this dealership for the purchase and service of any Honda!

Bought a 2019 Ford Fiesta about 3 weeks ago, worked great for a week only 50k miles. Telling me 1 owner that turned out to be “enterprise”, way to disclose it being a rental. Car bucks, Usb stops working in the car a week in, back up camera glitching out to where we need to turn the car off and on to get it to work, the buttons on the steering wheel now not controlling the radio. We called right away when it started, they said “oh he’ll call you when he gets back” the run around basically. Then when we finally talk to them we get “it’s been 18 days so they’ll say it’s your fault”. Feel like I’ve been absolutely scammed. $300 a month for the next 6 years for this? Absolutely disgusting. I’ll never back here or recommend this dealership to anyone. Feel like I need a lawyer for this lemon. Man wouldn’t even run the numbers unless we answered what the chances of us buying it was, he wanted me to give him a # out of 10. Gotta love car salesman, this is why they get the rep they get. I should have just walked out. My fault I guess for trusting them.
