I just checked with the HOA President, and the rule chang abt. allowing renting, has not been confirmed, I suggest calling the Manager: Gary Klosterman at the Tarponaire Office, for a official answer for any questions.

Weight limit is 25 lbs. Non aggressive pets only. Tarponaire has upgraded their rules on residing in the park. Rentals are now allowed!
