Flat out rip off. On vacation with a nail in a tire on an electric bike. Never pulled the nail or replaced the tube. Just charged $70 for nothing then got insulted when asked to look at it again. Never go there.

This shop has served me well for over 7 years. The owner may seem a tad gruff, but he is a great guy. The work he and his staff have performed on my bike is superb. No, he may not have time to immediately fix a flat. But, given time, he will make your bike run like new. Or, in lieu of that, sell you a new or used one.

Rude. Accused me of "price checking f'ing Amazon in the middle of the store" and "look buddy it's all on markdown right now it's not online prices." None of his business, but I was talking to my girlfriend via text and was ready to purchase $300 in accessories. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I’ve ridden by this place many times, never looked it up, but always thought it looked like a neat little store on the trail. Had some issues with my e-bike, and since I always see them advertising e-bikes, I thought I’d stop and see if they worked on them or sold parts. The guy in the rudest way possible told me no, they don’t touch e-bikes. His 1 sentence was enough for me, I was taken aback by his attitude and turned around and left. I don’t think I’ve ever felt like an employee(owner?) wanted to punch me in the face for simply walking in. After seeing the 100+ 1 star reviews, please do everyone a favor and shop somewhere else. Put this miserable store out of its existence and get someone else in there.
