We just bought a double manufactured home that we are remodeling before moving into.. This 55+ park going be a great place to live! Steve the manager has been wonderful and friendly. He help us with all the paperwork and getting us a boat slip. Also the other day the park was cleaned the weeds out the lake by the docks, This is a real hidden Jewel, and It has it own boat ramp.. absolutely great Lake views !!!

The reason I'm giving this park a 5-star rating is because it's a great place to live! Rick the general manager has been wonderful and friendly. Gary the manager is a great guy he's always good to the homeowners. He cares about everybody's wants and needs he's a Hands-On manager always out and around with the grounds people and maintenance crew making this place a nicer well-kept community. We also have a great activities director Melissa she coordinates a lot of great breakfasts and dinners also fun community activities plus we have bingo. We have a great HOA George the President is a great guy we also have Paul who does a beautiful Sunday Bible study. I would also like to give a shout out to the new owners treehouse communities they have spent a lot of money on this property to make it even nicer we have some of the prettiest waterfront views in Pinellas county overlooking lake tarpon. You should come and check it out again a lovely place to live. Sincerely Dave Osborn resident.

This is a very nice 55+ Community, which is even getting better, located right on Lake Tarpon. It's a hidden gem. My husband and I have lived here for 1 1/2 years now. Whether you enjoy activities at the clubhouse, or just fishing off your dock or boat, it's breathtakingly beautiful. New owners are really taking care to improve the property, and update things. The manager, Gary, is great to work with as well.
