My father worked and lived there now I am disabled and of the age to live in a community such as rocky creek,can you give me an ideal of the price ranges from living in a single wide to a multi unit.thank you very much for your time in this matter.

I have lived here for over 2 year's. Yes the "UNITS" are some what small, but comfortable, and for the overall cost and the imenities that are included, all utilities, all!, Community sponcered events, cable tv, and over all quiet, friendly, respectful neighbors, that do look out for each other. Plus a friendly attentive staff and the fact that despite the walk-in traffic during the day this place IS very safe and extremely comfortable and safe. I would highly recommend it to anyone. And in fact I have to several Veterans, as I am one, one of whom now lives here as well. They REALLY care about you here and I feel this is a very good, safe place. Only wish we still had access to the fishing dock 24 hours as we used to. Nice secure community.

1 mobile home is split into 4 living spaces about 500 as ft small kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Base rent is $600-$650/Month. Plus you have electric, and cable. Water is included.

I just caught a few minutes ago the seem very reasonable 1 bed room. Everything I used like 650 and up... Like Dec or January call fast

Can you buy a unit instead of renting?????
