They show fake pictures of what their apts look like. The apt I was told about was a big one bedroom apt. I went to see it and it was three cubicles not big enough for a bedroom set to fit in or a livingroom set. Only one air conditioner so you'd have to keep the doors open in order for rooms to keep cool. Then there's the roaches that was dead on the floor. Beware of the fake advertising online apts don't look like the ones they show.

We are on our second year here. The residents here are very friendly and help each other out. A nice place where your rent covers everything but internet. When covid hit and the stores were out of toilet paper there were folks checking to see if anyone needed TP. Some even had can goods to give out. The county came out one day to give covid shots for all that wanted it. Maintenance can get overwhelmed at times. Sometimes the grass gets tall. But it does get done. The dining hall, thrift store, General store, hairdresser, clinic, game room and library are closed. There is a bus stop right outside the entrance. There is a Hart bus that comes in and picks up people. Plus the property has their own bus. There are a lot of medical providers that have pick up service. There are several grocery stores within walking distance along with fast food places. We are 15 minutes from the airport.

My Mom lived out the last 5+ years of her life at Rocky Creek Village. We'd have to say they ended up being her best years! At RC they treated her like family, were respectful of her decisions and wishes while still being so very helpful. She loved the co-residents and the staff. She thrived socially, physically, spiritually and emotionally here. Even during the pandemic, with precautions in place, she always felt safe and attended to. We are so thankful that our mother had a "home" at Rocky Creek Village.

Father-in law lives there and front office is horrible. Community used to be great, but it's now not tenant oriented. It's merely an investment park for the owners and staff could care less about the tenants. Currently looking elsewhere.

I have lived here for over 2 year's. Yes the "UNITS" are some what small, but comfortable, and for the overall cost and the imenities that are included, all utilities, all!, Community sponcered events, cable tv, and over all quiet, friendly, respectful neighbors, that do look out for each other. Plus a friendly attentive staff and the fact that despite the walk-in traffic during the day this place IS very safe and extremely comfortable and safe. I would highly recommend it to anyone. And in fact I have to several Veterans, as I am one, one of whom now lives here as well. They REALLY care about you here and I feel this is a very good, safe place. Only wish we still had access to the fishing dock 24 hours as we used to. Nice secure community.
Yes they do
It's best to call or much better yet, come in person. They'll show you around and availability of apartments...
Lousy! There are not enough washing machines and the ones that are there are ruined, a lot of dirt and there are roach infestations
No they are no longer taking people for assisted living, they are renting for studio or 1 & 2 bedrooms. The price for a studio is $900 a month, but that includes utilities too.
There are openings. No. It is not income based.
He doesn't speak Spanish
Because in some units I have seen that and Mr looks terrible, dirty and messy
