Is this park dog friendly?

Yes it is

Yes many people walk their dog. Your dog must be on leash and you are expected to clean up after your dog.

The dogs I've met seem to be enjoying it. It's an open Park with quite a bit of open space, and shore line but you will want to stay leashed as there is wildlife, picnic leavings and other things that are better left uneaten. Other dog walkers will also appreciate your restraint.
