Yes you just have to go through the other gate cause the entrance be closed for the public that want the beach part

Yeah the police department didn't have an answer to that so I guess I'm gonna have to call parks tomorrow because other people are saying that the boat ramp is separate
I'm not totally positive on but it's from the hour's the park is open
