Do you sharpen knives?

I used their knife sharpening service once, when I went back to pick them up my $200 (each) knives were laying on the workbench, unsharpened, for over a week. They rushed the job and returned rough blades to me that I had to take home and resharpen... Williams Sonoma does a much better job

I am sure they do. The owner goes out of his way to make sure his customers are happy
