I live in Arizona and I can’t say enough good things about your employee from Tucson Arizona, Marcie. I was having a challenging time ordering a Weber Genesis grill online for a house warming gift for my Sister who bought a house in Fort Myers and Marcie came to my rescue! She called me and let me know that she had the grill that I wanted there in the store and she had one assembled, as well as a grill cover, and would have them go out for delivery to my Sister the same day!! I’m so impressed with how helpful and kind Marcie was, she even called me after the delivery to let me know that everything went well. It’s wonderful to know that there are people like her in the world. Thank you

I was there on Sunday April 24th and had a problem with my key. Adrian went out of his way and totally helped me. I gave them a difficult problem and they resolved it politely and happily. It took a while to create the transaction and complete it. But all in all they did a great job

Great store but Store hours are incorrect. It’s Sunday I’m here following Google’s 6pm closing time and at the door it says 5pm. For last minute hardware I choose Lowe’s/ Home Depot from now on. Waste of time
