Last year lost one of my granddaughters birthday presents. Took 3 1/2 weeks to travel 5 hours away from where it was sent. Lots of promises that it was on its way. Now my other granddaughter is not getting her Christmas because her package got sent to MS when it was supposed to be in SC yesterday. No one can tell me where it is today

If you're a truck driver. Don't get in any hurry to get unloaded. They don't care if you have other appointments. They have 2 forklift drivers unloading 1 truck at a time and taking over an hour for each one. All they can say is "there's nothing we can do about it"! I call bs!

No, you must pick up your package at your local post office. This is a processing and distribution center.

Mailed a pkg to Ft Pierce, Fl from Maine. In ME, the postal worker changed the zip code and threw it on pile. Pd for tracking and signature. Have tracked it to Ft Meyers. This is important paperwork. I think she screwed up. Will this be corrected?

The worker who changed the zip code is responsible. Ask to speak to the postmaster of your post office. They should correct it at no cost to you. Hope this helps and good luck.

My child’s school work was mailed to us here in FL and was supposed to be delivered on 12/9, but it wasn’t. Tracking my package it says it’s in the distribution center in Fort Myers. Is there a way I can pick it up there? We fly home to MN today.

My best guess is no. 2 weeks before Christmas after the election there's packages to the ceiling that will be delivered before Christmas. If it wasn't sent express mail no way. You get what you pay for

I need a phone number to track my bird. I mailed him next day delivery and the post office lost him. He will die if someone does not help me. He left this facility and never made him to the next. Where does the mail go after here? What airport

I'm sorry to hear that I am a truck driver I delivered there I am going to try and make a phone call and find out if I can get a number for you but more than likely it would be the Loco airport are the same airport. FedEx uses because they are across from each other

I have been informed that recent significant delays of mail out of your facility were due to an improperly parked semi truck containing mail. Please, in this day and time how did this happen and what corrective actions have been taken?

No. There is no customer pick-up at this location.

Can you please tell me how you received a letter on with tracking on May 16 Your facility is 14 miles away and on May 21st I still have not received it.

It might be due to the mail being behind, it being processed late or wrong, or it could have been lost or damaged during the process, especially if it was a letter mail that had hard items in it and when it was processed through the machine, it got jammed and had to be put through a manual process.
