This was my first time ever seeking treatment for my addiction, and I was nervous. The only place I could afford to go to was Salus Care, the place looks very bland and boring, and the food isn’t top shelf but you pretty much get what you pay for. Apart from that, the staff are what make is phenomenal. I was feeling horrible and the only comfort I had was the nurses and the techs. In particular the nurse Rebecah and the other young male nurse who were so patient with me through my bad times and treated me like a person unlike people at the hospital have prior. I hope to never have to come back here, but if I do I take comfort knowing they are there.

HORRIBLE! i have called 8 times in the past 2 days and left voicemails and have not recieved a call back or an answer. voicemail every time! If i was worse off mentally i would kill myself before i got any real help at this place!

Sales Care has steadily gotten worse & worse with customer service since the buy out from Lee Mental Health. Waiting for hours on hold, calls not returned, can't speak directly to a nurse. Now they use Now they don't even answer calls at all, everything goes through an answering service and they don't call back anyway
