The worst company! 4 hours on hold to have them hang up when you are connected. Need to start a new service without any successes. They should be ashamed of themselves.

The WORST. They changed my old account to paperless without my knowing when we moved out and within 2 months we had collectors harassing us for a bill i didnt even know we had. Not to mention i was NOT notified that wed be almost $50 for a half month and shutoff. They refused to spell my name correctly despite numerous attempts to correct it. NOW i cannot access the account of where i CURRENTLY live and every nat grid number hangs up on me because its a weekend. If there were a real issue going on i dont know what id do. They lack professionalism. Its offensive that theyre the only electric provider in my state. I dont think that should be the case

National Greed could care less. Many businesses in the Smithfield Industrial Park without power. It has been over 24 hours and power lines on one business driveway.
