Never call anyone back, got fingerprints for home visitation with my sister and keep being told they havent come back yet when its been well over a month and it only takes up to 72 hours to get results. Tried calling the fingerprint department and got told no one was there and that shes "usually good about letting the case managers know when the results are back" keep getting a new excuses from case manager every time i call or she flat out doesnt answer or return texts or emails super unprofessional and am glad my sister is turning 18 next year.

So I went in the share my concerns with the superviser of my kids Case worker she was mad. I asked how to get a new one and she told me twice that I shouldn't do that so I told her I was going to and she got pissed. There case worker took the kids on a secret visitation for an hour she also took one of my kids that had nothing to do with visitation or DCF. The person that had visitation was not even there father it was there grandma. They left in grandma's car so did the case worker. And the case worker brought them home an hour later. :(

Literally can not get anyone to get back to me. I have left messages, texts, emails, calls... it says will return the message in 24-48 business hours and you literally never hear anything back. Their case managers are overloaded and need help!
