The program has been amazing for me! It lifted me up from depression, addiction and homelessness and gave me a roof over my head and knowledge of recovery skills. The groups are normally fun and informative, though it is my belief they shouldn't be mandatory. Phil is an amazing therapist and I really feel we have a great connection. He has helped me to process a great deal of pain and to get passed a lot of hurdles mentally. The houses are very nice, though I do feel there's a few too many people per house. I also feel that we should be allowed to be in possession of pour own medication. I also think the rent is a tad high, and that there should be a waived grace period upon entry of the program to give people a chance to get on their feet without a great deal of stress of the threat of being put out on the streets from a lack of payment. Over all an amazing place to be!

I have been at nextep for 10 months and have been treated with a huge amount of respect. The staff is top notch and has stood by my side this whole time. They truly have helped save my life. I'm not treated like a number but as family. If you're ready to start a new life and begin your recovery process then this is the place to come. Nextep goes above and beyond for their clients. Nextep has been very helpful in me continuing on in a healthy recovery and understanding the crucial points to look for to prevent relapse. The staff is wonderful and have been very helpful. Groups are very informative, the therapy sessions are always helpful. Overall my coming to Nextep has had a very positive impact on my life and in my recovery.

My experience here at Nextep has been great. Coming here from another program as well being involved with other programs Nextep has been the best experience I've had from any other. The intense out patient classes I'm involved in 4 days a week are very beneficial to my recovery and have helped me immensely. I also live in one of their houses, and the rules and expectations that are required of me help me further my recovery. Very comfortable living arrangements as well. The one on one counselling that I get from their head counselor is great and I love seeing him because it allows me to get a lot off my chest and grow in areas that I don't get in the group setting. All the employees that work for Nextep have been respectful and very kind, and I would highly recommend the Nextep program to anyone that is in need of help in addiction and trying to get their life back in order..
