I had an experience too good not to share at this location. I called ahead to see if a particular pizza oven was in stock. Amanda took my call and not only checked the system, but physically confirmed they had it, as it was the last one. Upon arrival, the staff worked together in perfect sync to ensure that our purchase here went smoothly. Amanda had already set aside the oven for us, and even brought out a few recommended accessories I might wish to consider. There was no pressure to buy the extras – just a genuine courtesy to ensure I'd have what I'd need to make pizzas later that day. I did buy the extras and am so glad I did. Wendy was kind and helpful at checkout, and another team member (who's name I've sadly forgotten) helped me get everything into the car. All in all, it was the best hardware store experience I've had in many years. For a personal and positive experience, consider shopping here before heading over to other big brand stores. I know I will.

Home Depot needs to learn from the employees at this store. From the moment I walk inside everyone is really polite and tried to help me find what I need. I had at least 2 employees ask me if I needed any help. Great customer service.

One of the worst Ace Hardware I have ever been in, the so called Manager is very rude and all the employees seem to be extremely scared of her, the store is dirty and very unorganized.

Went looking at shop vacuums. Wandered around store and a store worker asked if she could help me.....sent to right location. Went and found proper extension cord . Check out was easy and personable. That's why I come to ACE....won't go to Lowes or Home Depot as their staff , if any, won't help you. If they see you scanning merchandise or aisles, they run somewhere away from customers
