Had a horrible experience, was our second time there and sadly we won't be back. Bought a broken item that they refused to return even though they said they would.. I was treated like I was trash for bringing a 30 dollar item back.. after being embarrassed I just took the loss and left. My husband was livid. My blood isn't rich enough for those ladies.

Not sure about that, but I know that they accept up to 20 clothing items. Should be good to very good condition. You will get store credit for items sold. If that's not what your looking for then you can sell your items to Plato closet

I think they have done it before but its best to call the store.
From what I've experienced in the consignment stores in this area is they have an independent mover that delivers, which is an extra charge.....But ask before buying.
