Well this is not the place you're looking for. This community has nothing to offer and is raising the rent for the lot every year. They don't mow your grass they don't wash your trailer and they have double and triple standards plus leniency towards people they like.
This is the sweetest and best community!! The management tries hard to please all, and the residents have a camaraderie that is hard to find. It doesn't sound like what you are looking for, but it's like a little piece of paradise, that reminds me of stepping back in time. The hurricane damaged some of the prettiest vintage trailers, but they are getting them in shape and it reminds you of a 60's movie. I wish they would encourage them to paint them all in Florida pastel colors. Turquoise and coral, baby blue. It's a really lovely park. They offer mowing, just not included in the rent. It is right on lake Jessie with a beautiful fishing dock and not expensive. Some people have their boats tied up there also. A new 3 bd 2 bath rents for 785 lot rent included.
Anything on the lake is going to be expensive especially around Cypress Shores
I live here and it's just buying or renting out here ,but over all yes it's kinda high and yes they do raise the rent every year ,but it's your own house you just renting the lot .
